Here’s a link to the organizations to which membership in confers eligibility – search “alumni” if you went to ND, Holy Cross, St. Mary’s, or other affiliate schools and you’ll see that you qualify. Also, apparently living in certain diocese outside of Indiana qualifies you for membership – e.g., living in the diocese of San Diego, Fresno, Reno, all qualify you for some reason. There’s also a lot of random non-Indiana orgs and companies that qualify, like Arizona Coalition for Change and Chick-Fil-A (a location isn’t specified, so presumably working at any CFA counts). You can chat with a rep pretty quickly to confirm whether you’re eligible if you’re unsure.
