Increased American Express Hilton Offers Coming Soon

A few days ago reddit user unsenburner156 saw increased offers on the Hilton cards via a targeted e-mail. Those same offers are now showing on the QWWW test website of American Express (this leaked the AmEx gold increased annual fee) and it’s expected that they will become publicly available soon. The offers are as follows:

  • No AF: 100,000 points / $2,000 spend in 6 months
  • Surpass: 165,000 points / $3,000 spend in 6 months
  • Aspire: 175,000 points / $6,000 spend in 6 months
  • Business: 175,000 points / $8,000 spend in 6 months

We recently saw the following increased offers:

  • Hilton Honors Card – Earn a Free Night Reward + 70,000 Bonus Points
  • Hilton Honors Surpass® Card – Earn a Free Night Reward + 130,000 Bonus Points
  • Hilton Honors Aspire Card – Earn 175,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points (this also comes with a free night certificate as standard)
  • Hilton Honors Business Card – Earn 175,000 Bonus Points

Business & Aspire offers seem to be the same as the previous ones, although the no annual fee card and Surpass seem worse. We will do a dedicated and more thorough post when the offers actually go live.

I wish I could get them again. I’d have enough points to buy a Hilton.

I wish they would just peg the value of Hilton points 1:1 to the Zimbabwean dollar or Argentine Peso and be done with it.

And then make it freely convertible with SkyPesos.

I for one would look forward to the day when Amex could persuade people to “pay” 850,000 for a night’s stay in Harare or Buenos Aires and 2,000,000 to get there and back.

Have you tried incognito? Without a referral/affiliate link? P2 was stuck in popup prison for about 2 years and finally got approved without my referral for a surpass.

FNC is still way better 😀 I booked Grand Wailea Maui for a room worth $1300/night from 3 FNC.

Did the same, but with the Fairmont ones for four nights. Really hope they come back in some shape or form.

How are FNC way better? They are only redeemable for rooms at a “standard” rate, and not “premium” rate. “Premium” rates are almost never a good redemption but with points you at least keep the option of redeeming your points for nothing.

Well, that’s true you can only book standard room but you could request for upgrades (100% success rate for me so far last few years). For example, if the “No annual fee card” offers 100k pts (this offer) vs my offer was 70k pts + 1 FNC.
i don’t think you can get a standard room at 110k pts. Not to mention i didn’t need to spend any pts, just redeem the FNC and keep 70k pts.

My room was 110k for a standard room and got upgraded to premium room 287k pts. ($1,300+ value).

Meanwhile my upgrade offer to Aspire and Surpass from no AF has stayed at 50k for the past four years

Showing the offers for me. Might be typical Amex only pushing certain elevated offers to certain people. Not signed in or anything.
