Our Verdict
Looks like there is a $50,000 limit so this will run out quickly. I’d suggest you get your babysitter to write out their invoice before the deal goes live at 12AM ET on May 12th and then submit it immediately to avoid missing out. Shout out to all the Mothers out there!
Both of my rebate checks came in today 6/10/19. Original rebate claim was submitted 5/11/19
Already have my messages and checks ready to go. Praying I’m one of the first 500! As a college student I could really use the extra cash
Ugh still not active yet
Active now. Here is proper link as coming soon does not redirect you to page to submit rebate. https://kraftmothersdayaway.com/
Max redemption already hit 1:06 CST haha
My parents are paying my girlfriend, which is a licensed babysitter to watch me…
Reading the terms it appears that if you chose a private babysitter you just need to attach an image of signed proof of payment. I interpret that to mean a signed personal check will do it.
“(2) If you are seeking reimbursement for a privately chosen babysitter of your choice, follow the instructions to upload the image of the signed proof of payment with the following information “I, , confirm that I engaged in hiring babysitting services for use on May 12, 2019, not to exceed $100 in total cost, for Mother’s Day on May 12 2019”, as well as a brief description of why you need some time away during Mother’s Day in your own words in the online entry form”
It does say “After you’ve enjoyed a day of ‘me-time’ and uninterrupted conversation, come back to this site, upload the receipt for the babysitter and Kraft will pay you back.” Not sure how that will work as its limited to $50,000 which is only 500 participants at $100 ea. So if you are going to get in on this you need to submit your claim close to 12:00 am EST. And yes I have a toddler.
So, can I invoice my wife for watching our kids that day?
This has got to be one of the most ridiculous promotions ever. Too bad the ligit claims will be dwarfed by the many made-up entries…..
Yeah. Getting claim ahead from a company is impossible. Good luck ye all!
Interesting that people will be writing about why they don’t want to be with their kids on Mothers Day. Almost sounds like a “gotcha.”
My kids are the devil’s brood. I demand a DNA test.
I think it’s pretty common for Mothers/Fathers Day to be thought of as a chance for the mother/father to have some “me time” to themselves.
