Kroger has two websites, if you go via kroger.com things are cheaper, but sometimes it switches to https://krogerconvenience.instacart.com/ which is costly(even costlier than going directly to instacart.com)
I’ve had exact opposite experience. QFC.com has lower prices than qfc store on instacart.com.

Does this work with alcohol and does it stack with other coupons?
You can’t purchase alcohol delivery or pickup, so no. It does work with other digital coupons, and when you pick up they can take paper coupons. Not sure about delivery.
It appears this is now dead, the direct link takes me to the Kroger site but no coupon is available

Is it $15 off every pick-up order>$35, up to 3 orders; or $15 off three pickup order (so every pickup order is $5 off, and it has to be >$35)?
$15 off each order of $35 or more three times. I bought dog & cat food totaling $37 & paid $22…looking forward to doing that again.
