Our Verdict
The standard deal at Kroger is 2x fuel points on gift card purchases, and they’ll occasionally release offers for 4x. Usually, every 1000 fuel points will get you a discount of $1 per gallon with a 35-gallon limit, a max value of $35 per 1000-points, though these details do vary by store and region.

Seems like there haven’t been any Visa gift card deals from any of the grocery stores in 2018. Any thought on why or have I just missed them?

Sorry I was unclear, I meant the $10 off, not the fuel points ones. There have been many many fuel points deals.
no. not $10 discount ones, but i actually hate seeing those because of the total abuse which actually has a ripple kill impact on everything else.
