Is this dead? Link no longer works.
Where can people sell these Airbnb giftcards?
Limit on number you can purchase?
These dont count as grocery spend right? Any idea about the chase 5% back offer triggering?
Dang. I am in my Airbnb in Italy right now so can’t take advantage. I love ’em! Never had a bad deal yet!
They charge service fee etc unlike VRBO. Why do AirBnB then?
Still way cheaper for certain types of properties.
Haven’t found any good deals on VRBO. Not even sure they offer gift cards. I typically get 10-20% off AirBnb gift cards which more than covers the cost of the added fees and then some.
Different short term rental platforms charge fees in different ways. Some platforms charge higher fees to the guest. Other platforms charge higher fees to the host (who simply raises prices to cover the fees).
Ultimately, there’s only one person spending money – the guest is always the person paying in the end.
$200 should just about cover the cleaning fee
That’s after you wash the dishes, throw out trash, do the laundry, mow the lawn and repaint the house.
I used AirBnB extensively in 2018. What the heck happened to them? I can stay at a 4 star hotel with a lot less hassle now. Is there a new app people are using now?
Fair, but for a family it’s still sooooo much cheaper than a hotel that it’s a no brainer
How about you not vacation like a pig and be a decent and respectable guest instead? And $200 for a cleaning fee? I’ve vacationed all over the world and have never come across a fee that’s even half of this. Do better in your selection.
