Our Verdict
Bonus seems good depending on what documents they require and how easy it is to open the account. We will probably add this to the best bank bonuses when we know more.

Anyone get a 1099 from these guys?
Not yet. Last year it shows digitally delivered to me in MARCH. I think they are sent late even though I’m pretty sure that’s against the law.
how much was your 1099? was it just interest earned by desposits? or did it include the bonus as well?
it was for the bonus. but in regards to comment below, I had personal bonus last year. IDK what they do about business accounts.
No. I called them and they said business checking wasn’t interest bearing and since the $300 bonus was less than $600 they didn’t issue a 1099-MISC.

Still no bonus, but I’ll check again tomorrow.
Well, still no bonus. Not sure where the 3/1 date came from folks posting here, but I think it says within 45 days of the 90 day activity period ending. So if you opened on “last day” (11/18), 90 days would’ve been 2/18/23 (or thereabouts) and add another 45 days that’s like 4/1 or something. So for those of us opened in mid-November, we still have like 2-3 more weeks to go.
Holy shizniz! Not sure why it took so long but be patient. You can panic after 135 days from opening.
