At my Lowe’s, they can only sell $500 in gcs per hour.

Those one4all gift cards are taxable, at least in Texas. Says no fee on it which deceived me

No gift card is taxable. Because you will pay tax when you purchase something with the gift card

Can you buy two $100 gift cards in one purchase and submit both for the $10 Lowes to get $20 total? It seems this would combine well with the Amex $50 back on $250.

Buying more than $100 in gift cards at my Lowe’s triggers an manager a driver license check. It’s a big deal they get nervous and cautious.

I don’t have that problem at my local Lowes.

I have to drivers license in hand and I know practically who the manager is at this point.

Lowe’s updated their registers across the midwest recently. If your store has the old self-checkouts with the square monitor, the register will ask for someone to come over. But if your store has the newer registers with the 16:9 monitor, you can buy up to $400 in value of gift cards per transaction without someone needing to come over.

In CA and I think my Lowe’s did the same as once the new systems came in no manager approval was needed for gc purchases (but haven’t tried more than $200).
