We recently posted about a deal for the Chase United card offering up to 65,000 miles. The total spend required ($10,000) is quite high and the card falls under the 5/24 rule so I imagine most readers are not applying. If you’re considering applying for this card you can actually get an extra $30. Shopping portal Affinity offers $30 per approved personal credit card application and this offer shows through their portal (click through then click card issuers ‘Chase’ to find the offer easily), that often isn’t the case so it’s always worth checking to make sure you’re getting the best deal before applying. New users also get $20 after their first purchase and another $3 for adding the browser plugin. I obviously won’t make a post like this every time affinity has the best offer available, in future I’ll just note it on the post itself but thought this was worth a friendly reminder.
