Does anyone know how packed IHOP gets on that day? I’ve always assumed it gets extremely packed and stay away from deals like this, but just me

So you’re saying that everybody goes there on free pancake day, but no one actually gets free pancakes?
Unsure if this is sarcasm but ihop is typically a zoo and for dine in only it’s not worth the time and wait

I’m well aware of that. Pointing out that nobody does the deal, though, because it’s too busy is patently absurd – presumably, that’s the reason why people would be there in the first place.
I think Rynker and Barry are saying that it is busy even on normal (non-deal) days. Baseline = busy. So trying to do the deal on top of the baseline of busy, it wouldn’t be worth your time.
At least I think that is what they are saying. I haven’t been to IHOP in maybe 10+ years, so I don’t know how busy it normally is nowadays (so I could be mistaken about their meaning).
I once tried to get my free ice cream cone at baskin robbins. The line was around the block. I’d rather just pay for the cone and not wait in line 2 hours
Solution: Wait in the 2 line while you browse DOC.
I’ve done this thrice in past 6 years .. twice i went with family and it was jam packed and they asked everyone to note their name and total no of ppl and we waited around 20-30 mins till our name was called .. another time it was only me so i got the table faster .. in short this is hugely popular among ppl
