Civic Federal Credit Union is offering 5% cash back on all purchases for new rewards credit card until 12/31/22. It looks like this this credit union is based in North Carolina and you’ll need to live/work there to be eligible. It’s unclear what credit limits are like or how tolerant to MS they are.

Just an FYI, they are quite Chex Sensitive, and will only accept account applications from NC, SC, VA, and GA.
There are NO backdoors to these requirements.
Time to move to NC.
