- In honor of their 50th anniversary, Costco is offering new members a special deal to get a $50 Costco Shop Card when they buy membership.
Membership cost is $65 for regular Gold Star membership or $130 for Executive membership.
The Fine Print
- Valid through 8/2/26
- Valid for new members only and those who have not been a Costco member (in any capacity, Primary, Household, or Affiliate) in the last 18 months.
- To receive a Digital Costco Shop Card, set up auto renewal of your Costco membership on a Visa® credit/debit card or Mastercard debit card at the time of sign-up.
Our Verdict
Great deal new Costco members. Typically the deals we’ve seen on Costco membership involve Groupon or similar, and this one is a bit simpler with a direct Costco deal.
Some might prefer to buy it on Groupon to use up Groupon Bucks/giftcards or to use a shopping portal.
