That’s a NOPE for me, dawg.
Go Yankees!

Ah, my bad!
Was able to just show the email at the 42nd street location by Grand Central Terminal. #LFGM!
I signed up for the offer and received the email valid for Aug 8, as the Mets scored enough runs on Aug 7. On the email: Please present your printed email notification from the Ballpark app email to a Chick-fil-A Team Member to receive your FREE Original Chicken Sandwich.
What does this even mean?
Presumably it means print the email and show it to them.
Requires a printed e-mail notification?
Sounds like a YMMV, store-manager discretion deal.
I guess it depends on the store. I just show the cashier the email notification at the 6th Ave location in midtown and they gave me the free sandwich.
McDonalds does the same thing when the Mets score a double play (BOGO breakfast sandwich), but they load it in-app as a selection, so I’m unimpressed with the email method of notification, lol.
I wish Chick-fil-a would give it to us as an in-app offer too. I would take it as BOGO over a free sandwich that I have to wait in-store to order any day.
For the Phillies-win promotion, it’s an in-app offer. Original or grilled only. No spicy.
that’s awesome. i wish they did that here for the met’s promo
They told me you need to have a ticket stub and wouldn’t honor the offer without it.
Which store did you go? I want to try to avoid that one
Near Columbus circle on 8th ave
I also went to that location. Argued with him, re-read the promotion details to him, and got the free sandwich. It always annoys me when one-off store locations in NYC try slick ways of getting out of promotions when they are listed as a “participating location” by corporate.
That’s interesting. I was at the game yesterday and checked in using the app so I qualified for this offer. I got the email this morning and forwarded it to my son since I have no CFA that I could get to today and he is in Manhattan. But since the tickets were in my MLB wallet (in their app), I never had a physical copy of them and they are no longer visible in the app. So I’m not sure what I (he) would show them.
BTW this is what the email said:
The offer may be redeemed only on the next business day following the applicable home Mets game. If the Mets score 5 or more runs and win a Saturday game, this offer is redeemable on the following Monday. Please present your printed email notification from the Ballpark app email to a Chick-fil-A Team Member to receive your FREE Original Chicken Sandwich. Limit one offer redemption per customer.
FYI my son used it in Herald Square, no problem.
Was told at Lexington and 58th that I need a ticket from the game….
Same thing for me. They would not honor the voucher. :-\
Where can I find this offer?
I checked the app and their website, but I can’t find anything.
Sign up at the link provided by Andrew P. on 7/30/19: https://www.mlb.com/mets/ballpark/chick-fil-a/chicken-sandwich
You will receive a code via email. I got it this morning.
Did you sign up for the offer before or after the game?
In South Jersey if a Phillies pitcher records a save you will receive a free chic Fila sandwich the following day and the free sandwich will be attached to your account.
To be eligible for this offer, please complete all the fields prior to first pitch on day of game only. A voucher will be sent post-game if applicable.

I thought most people in that area would support only Yankees. Who knows lol?
Most people in that area would only support free food.
Very true. Especially given the high cost of living and increased fast food menu prices in NYC.
Really? You know the Mets are also a NYC team.
