Our Verdict
It’s odd because the offer says in store and online and then the fine print says in store only. I assume you can buy a maximum of $50 in gift cards? If you can buy more then this has the potential to be a very lucrative deal for some. As always make sure to use a credit card that earns at a high rate at office supply stores.
Any “real” data points as yet on this? (given that today is the last day of the offer — and that it’s been out there 6 days) Did the promo work on-line? Work for anybody beyond $50?
Reading the fine print there is no limit?

Yeah that’s what I mean. The fine print and the actual offer have differing language…
Because you have to five your rewards number and you are getting the 10% back in rewards, the system will probably be hardcoded to the limit of 1.
Not necessarily. I’ve put in my rewards number for other limit 1 discounted gc in the past and I can do up to 3 times before getting an error.
I put in the rewards number because 1. it puts the clerks at ease (they don’t question as much why this guy buying so many vgcs/gcs) and 2. there was one quarter that they messed up and gave 2% back on all my vgcs orders. That was a wonderful quarter
