Close to five months ago I decided to start this blog to better track how I made money from various deals, as well as provide better information about consumer credit and advocate for positive consumer credit reforms. Since then this site has grown incredibly quickly, and this can be contributed directly to all of our readers who have shared this blog far and wide (and continued to share it).
I’ve been incredibly lucky growing up, I was brought up by two loving and caring parents, received excellent public education, have two amazing brothers that continually inspire me to achieve and I’ve never had to struggle with poverty. I’ve always known where my next meal has come from and I’ve always had a roof over my head, I’ve also never had to deal with a debilitating illness personally.
Other people, through no fault of their own are not nearly as lucky as myself. As such, I think it’s only fair that I start giving a portion of the income this site generates to charitable causes. Unfortunately due to contracts I have with advertisers I cannot specify the exact percentage I’ll be donating, but it’s more safe to say that it’s above 10%.
How Can You Help?
- First of all, continue to share this site with your friends, family and colleagues. You can do this by using social media (share it with your facebook friends, tweet about it and link to it on online forums).
- Second of all, where possible use our affiliate links. We never post/recommend a deal or offer unless it’s the best one currently available on the market. We clearly label all of our affiliate links so you know when we are earning a commission, by using those links you not only help me devote more time to the site – you’re also now helping charitable causes.
- Last of all, let us know which charities you want us to support. This process is about you as well, so if there is a charity that you think we should support then let us know. You can do this either by commentating below or by using the contact us form.
Below is a list of easy ways you can currently support us:
