Our Verdict
Not a massive bonus, but it is $150 and no hard pull or direct deposit required or monthly fees. Because of that I do think it’s worth doing. As always you can view the best checking bonuses by clicking here. Share your own experiences with this bank and bonus in the comments below.

Tried opening in branch on 8/16/2019 and was told the offer ended in June.
Wow, being a Penn State student, never ever heard of this bank. Google maps says nearest location is less than a mile. Will try Monday and report back on soft/hard pull. DoC is the best.
Thansks! Keep us updated
Opened today, banker said soft pull and haven’t received any HP notification yet, so all good. The branch I went to was right in the middle of a corn field. Banker said the only people who have accounts there are farmers. Took two hours to open my account, he was not aware of the procedure to open an account for a non citizen and had to spend close to an hour on the phone. Actually needed some immigration docs to open, something I haven’t seen ever. They pulled Chex, banker was stunned to see I’d opened close to fifty accounts in one year, but went ahead with the app since the system allowed it.
locations are all central west PA (near Penn State).
