Note that NWSB is a division of ACNB and they have had this same $200 bonus in the past. I assume the hard/soft pull information is the same.

Referral Bonus
You can get $25 per friend/family member you refer and they also receive the $200 bonus outlined above. More details here. Feel free to share your referral details in the comments as long as you also provide your experience with this bank.
Our Verdict
It’s annoying that you have to meet the requirements for a full year to get the full $200 bonus. With ACNB you also had to go in branch even if you opened online, if that’s the case here as well I don’t think this bonus is worth doing. As always share your experiences in the comments below.

Will Venmo transactions count towards the transactions required?
A little confused. Do the $250 DD and 10 debit transactions apply after the initial $100 is posted. My reading is that they don’t, particularly if it’s no fees.
Needs to be active. ” It’s consider active if at least one transaction per month, has a positive average monthly balance, receives eStatements, and maintains a qualifying direct deposit”
So you need one transaction per month, a positive balance, eStatements and a qualifying direct deposit.
Does “qualifying” mean the $250 mentioned earlier?
Not sure if there is minimum on the direct deposit, I’d do $250+ to be safe.
Declined via email within an hour. “According to the address provided, you are not currently in our service area.” Currently I live within an hour of the branch, not sure what their definition of “service area.”
