Our Verdict
Good discount for people that shop at Panera Bread regularly.
The offers are triggered by it actually
Chase Offer work for egift card or just physical?
When redeeming, stack with offer codes: 3ENTREE22 for $3 off an entree or JUN22 for 20 off 100 in catering
code died as of yesterday
these are awesome you get ecards immediately and can load to your Panera account so you can’t lose them, very few companies offer that.
What companies don’t allow that?
Chipotle only allows one gift card loaded onto the app.
Yea, really hate that about Chipotle!
I wish the sip club monthly subscription could be paid with gift cards because I would totally do this. I like the new lemonade but don’t trust using my card so otherwise I would just use a privacy.com card.
Surprised about the boxed liquid concentrate claim for their coffee. Can you share a link about that?
@guest_1391212 said “Panera uses boxed liquid concentrate to make all of its beverages, including coffee.”
Hmm. Panera’s website indicates that coffee beans are ground and brewed in each cafe:
“The most important thing to note about our Light Roast and Dark Roast coffees is that we grind them fresh, right in our cafes.”

yes, and Panera coffee, i think, is delicious
any stacks?
You can stack with Chase Offers or BankAmeriDeal offers. All were (for me) 10% with a $2 max
I purchased a $25 eGift card. With the 20% discount I paid $20 with my BofA CC. I got notification right away in the BofA mobil app that the offer was redeemed. An hour or so later got the e-mail with the GC details and was able to reload another $25 to it from https://panerabread.wgiftcard.com/responsive_reload/panerabread with the same deal. Then a 3rd time with another Chase CC (had the offer on 2 different cards – I have a total of 6 Chase cards between me and P2)
Not a bad deal overall – close to 29% discount
BTW: The Chase offers take a couple of weeks to post
I tried to purchase two $200 gift cards today, when I received them, the second card worked but the first card had a $0 balance and couldn’t be used or added to the app. Tried calling customer service, no one knew anything other than card was “on hold” first two times I called. Third time they gave me an email to use to get it off the “hold”
[email protected]
I’ll try that and wait a couple days before filing a credit card dispute.
Would say the discount is not worth the hassle.
.65 shipping for 4 cards or less. If you need more, split up the order or it’s $6.50.
I buy a lot of these cards during the sales, prefer the physical ones so I’m not tempted to load too much on at once. Panera has been vulnerable before to hacks.
Are you implying that only the eGC is vulnerable to a hack?
$5 off $20 or more at Panera, coupon code: PANERAPICNIC
Just used this a few days ago, 20% off GC + $5 off $20 helps with my turkey chili addiction.
Triggered 15% Cash App BTC bonus too
Is this processed by panera or a third-party?
Just panera website. I got an email from them
i think it is done by the third-party, and happy cards probably won’t work
It’s processed by wgiftcard.com. This will neither trigger BoA 5% online shopping nor restaurant purchase. Probably only PayPal Key will work.
First time trying to use a pp key, and Panera is not happy:
“Please double-check your billing address and credit card information.”
I’ll try tomorrow, or maybe never..
yeh, got the same error. maybe PPK prefix is blocked by wgiftcard??
WARNING:
Do not use PayPal Key with wgiftcard.
I purchased Noodles gift card on sale and it got flagged as cash advance. Had to deal with credit card to get cash advance fee waived on $40 transaction.
What does Noodles have to do with Panera? What was the linked credit card that charged a cash advance?
@Eric
Both gift cards are sold by wgiftcard.com so if issue happens with one, chances are other will have same issue.
Chase freedom was linked to PayPal. According to Chase, PayPal is the one that coded the transaction as cash advance. It makes sense since I have directly used Chase Freedom to buy gift card and nothing happened. I only used PayPal to get the 5% back on PayPal purchases. Since PayPal Key is a thing of past, it’s no longer relevant.
Not categorized as dining for Chase Freedom Unlimited (3%).
I found this DP so it looks like
Jamie is correct.
