The Offer
- Panera Bread is offering a 20% discount on their gift cards and e-gift cards through September 5, 2022.
Our Verdict
Pretty good discount with no limit on how much you can purchase. GC Galore notes that purchasing in the Panera app (or possibly even online) might code as Dining for rewards purposes or to trigger the Chase Offer and to be able to pay with certain Happy cards.

Thanks, I’ll post in a moment. Stacks well with Sapphire Reserve credit
And prices have gone up 35-40% across the board in the last 2 years.
If your in Cali it’s almost 60 percent. It’s getting fucking ridiculous. On the bright side, I lose about 20 pounds over the past year just from not eating out anymore.
Would this stack with the BofA Double Days promo during that time? They have a 10% off Panera offer.
If you order an eGift card through their app.
Learned this trick from someone else for the Chase Offer.
yes, although you’ll only get 10% off the already 20% off price (so 28% off cumulative, not 30%)
More than that if BoA is doubled? A $25 gift card should be $20 plus $4 back (assuming that you can hit the max and that’s doubled).
Think your math is bad there. The BOA promo is 10% off (capped at $2) but they double it ($4). So $25 GC is reduced to $20 by Panera and BOA gives $4 back. So $9 off $25 is a 36% discount.
oh good point that is the whole point of “double” isn’t it
Chuck this will be back on Oct 5 for my panera week according to their site: https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/mypanera/meet-mypanera.html?intcmp=text-gb-c-mypanera-week
I just got a new 10% back offer for Panera from BofA, up to $2. So I bought a $25 gift card. The 20% off promo ends today.
The Chase 10% offer worked for my buying Panera gift cards through the app and Apple Pay this time. I was nervous because the transaction was posted as PANERA EGIFT CARD (also known as PANERA BREAD), but, thankfully, the Chase offer showed redeemed a couple of days after the transaction was posted.
In addition to stacking with CC CB offers, the best play in the past has been to use these with Panera’s own 25% or $3 off codes in the autumn/spring.
