It took a few weeks but I finally got my email with the discount codes. I ordered my bottle today without a problem.
What a mess.
Signed up 4/8
No code today, so I contacted Peloton support chat.
Took about 20 mins, but they were eventually able to give me a code via chat.
Two codes, 1 to discount bottle down to $1, 2nd for free shipping.
Put in payment info, total came to $1.08 (0.08 taxes).
Hit accept.
Next page shows receipt showing payment of $14.03 despite codes showing that they were applied. Math doesn’t add up any way you shake it.
Chat person says they will flag it and make sure I’m only charged $1.08.
Pending credit card charge shows $1.08, so that is good.
I’m seriously looking at getting a bike, but this doesn’t give much confidence in Peloton customer service.
Yeah, that’s a similar experience for me. I would not worry too much about that incorrect receipt showing the higher dollar amount.

I got the offer as a popup in incognito mode after clicking on TREAD on the main menu bar
I browsed around the site for a few clicks and then the pop up message appeared. Haven’t gotten the email yet.
P2 and I did this last time. I never received my bottle, possibly because I opted out of their relentless spam after a week or so. P2 got hers and it looks nice. But totally impractical to use as, say, a water bottle. Breakable, dangerous, must hand wash, heavy, must unscrew top to get a drink .. other than that, it’s perfect.
I got one during the last promotion around Christmas. It’s glass with a rubber coating and doesn’t hold very much liquid. The shipping was surprisingly fast…and the spamming even faster. Truthfully…it holds so little I’ve never even used it. Btw…don’t put it in the dishwasher…lol. Have a blessed rest of your day!!
