Plastiq Referral Program: Earn Fee-Free Credit Card Spend

Plastiq launched a referral program which can benefit the new member and the referrer. After the new member makes $500 in bill payments, both of them get a bonus in ‘Fee-Free Dollars‘ (FFD), meaning bill payments that can be sent without paying any fees.

• New member gets $500 FFD
• Referring member gets $1,000 in FFD

Considering the regular 2.5% fee for payments, the bonus will be valued at $12.50 for the new member and $25 for the referring member.

The Fine Print

• It can take up to a day for the FFD to show up in your account
• If you don’t use or earn fee-free dollars, or earn more, for 90 days your credits expire.
• According to our Plastiq contact, the new member will not get their first payment free. Rather, they’ll pay the regular fee for the first $500 which lets you both qualify for the bonus. After that, they’ll get the next $500 in free processing + you’ll get $1,000 in free processing.

Nice bonus to give that added push to try it out and to refer friends. If you are signing up for Plastiq, be sure to use a referral link to get $500 in free processing fees.
