You can ask for a cancellation and refund on your subscription to support. Then repurchase at the discounted rate. I auto renewed on 1/30 and asked for a refund 2/17 which was instantly granted. I then purchased the same subscription at a the discounted price.
Yes that makes sense, because it aligns with their policies. As for people that have already had it for more than 2 months, they won’t be able to use that option.
