Seems to be the standard Radisson Rewards offer recently.
Presumably the very last promotion as Radisson. I just got an email yesterday from Radisson which said:
Radisson Rewards Americas will begin integrating with Choice Privileges on July 18, 2023, and you will no longer be able to earn, redeem or transfer Radisson Rewards Americas points. But don’t worry, if you have points in your account, they will be transferred to your Choice Privileges account within a few weeks of this date.
You can continue to earn, redeem, and transfer your Radisson Rewards Americas points just like you do today until July 18, 2023.

Probably worth less than $20, but obviously worth signing up for if you’re going to pay for one of their properties anyway. Award stays don’t qualify.
I recently got a couple stays that valued these at about $30. Some decent options for road tripping.
If you use at Choice Hotels in nordic countries, you can often get base rooms at 4 or 5 star hotels for 20k, often suites as well for the same price. Those base rooms are often 200 usd ish per night.
