- Raise is offering 10% off Lowe’s gift cards
Our Verdict
These are pre-owned cards, not brand new. 10% discount is good, but doesn’t seem to be a cap making it even more useful for people with large Lowe’s purchases.  Go through a portal for an additional discount, just remember the lifetime limits.

On a sidenote, I got an email from TopCashBack saying that they themselves are selling gift cards through their portal website at a percent cashback savings. I haven’t bought anything from them yet, but it’s at least worth considering in the future. I haven’t compared their percentage rates to Raise and other discount gift card sites and apps, but this is another one to consider savings. Might be better when combining cashback portals and a gift card say compared to just TopCashback.
Just make sure to use giftcards purchased from Raise quickly and don’t wait/sit on them. I had some previous Starbucks gift cards that I forgot about in a drawer and ended up showing up as being used or redeemed already. I contacted Raise and figured out that they were actually used by the seller that initially put them on the site so support ended up refunding me the amount I originally purchased. Just be careful and use them when you know you need them. Otherwise that is the only issues I’ve ever had in purchasing gift cards online from the site.
Sweet. Scored the 10% off, plus %15 (up to $20), plus (I hope) 2.3% back from RebateMe.
I’ve never used Raise. And issues or concerns with pre-owned cards? Scam concerns, like card getting drained after purchase?
I’ve used it multiple times, never had any issue. I did get a $100 Lowe’s GC this morning for $90 (thanks DOC !)
Gone.
still there. sometimes it shows sometimes it doesn’t. i suppose they have specific sellers they have the discount with and as they cycle through inventory it runs out? weird how this is working
