They are giving this offer pretty much every week.
In addition to this some days they are running promos for either 15% or 20% back in Rakuten super points.
Rakuten has had 15% off sitewide in the recent past many times. It is a good reputatble site with great customer service.
Just as an aside, I was doing some work in their American headquarters a few weeks ago and the employees there seemed incredibly happy, much much moreso than the other tech giants like apple or google or facebook in the silicon valley area.
