- During the Preheat period of the event (8/12-8/18), users have one chance to spin the wheel.
- During the 10th Anniversary (8/18-8/25), users have one chance to spin the wheel every day.
The Fine Print
- From 2023 August 12th 00:00 PST to 2023 August 24th 00:00 PST, participate in the “Spin to win” activity and spin the wheel to win 10th Anniversary Cash Bonus. The cash bonus you win on every wheel spin is accumulated throughout the entire event.
- During the Preheat period of the event, users have one chance to spin the wheel; during the 10th Anniversary, users have one chance to spin the wheel every day.
- Users can get additional chances to spin the wheel by completing the tasks described on the “Want more spins?” page (In cases of self-referral, referrals of members of the same household, all cash bonus obtained during the event will be canceled at once).
- During the event period, your 10th Anniversary Cash Bonus will be activated if you place orders with order amount accumulate to $30 or more and cash back amount is more than $0.01
- If RebatesMe is unable to track your orders as described in rule#4, your 10th Anniversary Cash Bonus will be automatically canceled on the 05th of September.
- Travel booking, service, fraud orders, or missing orders are not included in the order amount to be considered towards the activation of your 10th Anniversary Cash Bonus.
Our Verdict
Last time they ran a similar deal it was possible to earn a nice amount from spinning, I’m not sure how much is possible this time.
Remember, you need to make $30 in purchases in order to be eligible for this bonus cash. Last time around, readers can a suggestion to make a Giftcardmall or Giftcards.com purchase to meet that requirement.

One of my orders during the promo period was a pickup order for Sam’s Club, which unfortunately did not track (terms don’t say pickup orders are ineligible). Order was picked up a few days before the end of the promo. Can’t submit ‘missing CB’ requests for Sam’s Club on rebatesme, either.
Two other non-Sam’s Club orders tracked and went pending for CB just fine. Today saw that my total pending CB amount dropped the wheel spin total I had accumulated. Bummer missing out on an extra ~$15.
When does purchase have to be made by?
The deadline has already passed.

All of my bonus money (<$5) is pending but with a payout of December 21. That is some progress from last week at least, and maybe Christmas won't be cancelled. Odd that I don't see the normal cashback from the purchase pending anywhere but It was a purchase I would have made anyway
Now all of that bonus money has switched to expired, and the shopping trip never went pending. I tried to submit an inquiry but it came back with an error: Incorrcet Date

I placed one order from Home Depot, one order from Giftcards.com. and one from Ebay.com–all containing qualifying items, totaling $60–and only the Home Depot order tracked for the Anniversary bonus.
Rebatesme said they would open up a 90 day investigation on the Giftcards order.
I’d say the whole site is pretty hit and miss.
Could we purchase stuff on Amazon and Ebay to get the Cashback?
It has to be a commissionable purchase, i.e., one that earns cash back. So yes on EBay, but no on Amazon.

Got $17.50 from the spin wheel playing off and on over the last week. Getting automatic 2 spins a day just for visiting the site and anniversary page.
What are we buying on here if we can’t buy the giftcards?
I bought something at Dell (also to use my Amex Biz Plat credit). Rebatesme tracked it quickly. But then the problem is that Dell might cancel my order, which would probably invalidate the Rebatesme cashback.
I can keep spinning everyday to increase the bonus on $30 purchase I’m assuming? I’ll just keep spinning until the 25th if that’s the case. Only have $5.50 after doing all the tasks that aren’t purchase and inviting. I doubt I can put a “referral” here, would be nice to get free spins for “reminding” preexisting users to spin it. ah well.

This is really bogus. Playing for my wife and me have never won $5 but have plenty of Nothings.
Do you mean that you didn’t get $5 total or that you didn’t get $5 in 1 spin?
That’s incredible that you got $22 total. I got less than 1/3 of that.
Didn’t get $5 in one spin. Ended up with $12 which I don’t think you can cash out.
Did you make a qualifying $30+ purchase during the promo? If so, the $12 should be available sometime in late-December. That’s when mine show.
