Our Verdict
Looks like you can spin it once before 8/18 and then each day until 8/24.
Played “Spin to Win” every single day. Bonus no longer appears on my account. Didn’t realize my purchase had to be made by 8/24! *ugh*
The last time they had the member bonus and it was the same spin and earn deal, they canceled my bonus even though I made the required purchase. A lot of clicks also go untracked and missing cashback support tickets always seems to get denied.
P2 was lucky enough to get $5 with $20 spend. She bought some under armor stuff and stacked with an Amex $5 off $50 and a targeted promo code which was sent via email.
Quadfecta
Shopping portal bonus plus spend $5 + 8%
Promo code – targeted email $20 off $100
Amex offer $5 off $50
Standard 1% card spend / clearance items on the site.
What would of made this deal better was first buying a Giftcard for $50 and let $50 charge the Amex. But that would of been almost more work for a few bucks. Basically 40% off @ $100 spend on already clearance items so it was worth it.
The rebatesme spin the wheel is available with https://www.giftcardcat.com/ site. Spin the wheel. Make a Giftcard purchase and get Cashback plus the wheel earnings. (Accessed thru rebatesme)
So in a sense you could double dip on the rewards on a higher cost receipt.
Rebatesme sometimes has a good new member bonus but in my experience rarely has the best rates. Everything seems to take 90+ days to become payable. They do offer payment as a refund to one of your credit cards, which I haven’t tried but is at least interesting.
I cashed out to a payment to my BOA card and it took weeks for them to apply it. Interesting but I prefer other methods that don’t take forever.
Got $0.5 in both P1 and P2 accounts.
Same. My wheel had options for “nothing” to 50¢. Lame.
I’ve had iffy tracking with rebatesme and iffy ticket responses. I only use them if no other option or if they are paying at least double of anybody else I use and I’m feeling lucky. Other people complain about TCB but I have excellent tracking rate with them and they usually compete with what rebatesme offers. So very rare I use rebatesme anymore.
Do the spin credits accumulate, or do they all have to be separate purchases?
They seem to accumulate. I made a purchase 8/15 and my spins from 8/18 and 8/19 showed “pending” and then switched to “confirmed” after about a day without making any purchases since 8/15. Won’t know for sure until they pay out but it definitely looks promising.
I’ve had terrible luck with rebatesme. The ticket I submitted for cash back (from Office Depot) was rejected — the reason given was “here is no comments” and “here is no notes” so I’m giving up on it completely. Other sites might not pay as well, but I’ve had the most success with Chase shopping and Rakuten, so I’m sticking with them.
I got the $5 with a $20 purchase. So I executed my Saks Fifth Third Amex plat $50 credit today
Used to be my go-to CB site, but in 2022, only 50% of my clicks have tracked without my filing a ticket, and of all clicks that should have paid out already, 25% have gone unpaid with assorted nonsensical excuses. Yes, ‘Guy who buys stuff’ knows how to do CB.

Probably following the tcb business model to save money so they don’t end up like the giving assistant model.
