Great question. I just noticed the 10x for Prestige and Premier on the new portal through 12/31/23, too. Makes up for the Prestige 5x plus ~5% cash back on Booking.com via a portal.
And it looks like a good day to lock my ally debit card since I never use the thing anyway…
