> then add more items from another store for your dasher to pick up

Well, that seems two orders to me. For sure it’s one delivery, but the point is that we can spend the credit as easy as possible. With “add more items”, likely people need to intentionally buy things that could have been purchased from the same store, possibly at a higher price. Not really different from ordering from the same store twice.

Chase Doordash question: I see the monthly $10 off groceries on my DD account. But I don’t see anything for the CFU or CFF.

Wasn’t the CFF/CFU supposed to have quarterly $10 off as well?

Have had the same issue and have sent a secure message a few times, which they aren’t equipped to answer so it gets forwarded to some other department that takes 5 business days to get a response from. Have been on this loop for weeks now. Very annoying.

Yeah, that sucks.. I was just about to secure message them about this. Maybe I’ll give them a call to see if I’ll get a better answer that way.

Could you get respond here if you ever get a resolution on this?

Are you implying like Gd that Chase is supposed to give us $20 in credits per month for each Chase card that we have?

You didn’t actually write what you are receiving the $10 credit for. Is it for having a CSR?

I doubt that DD/Chase is giving more than 1 credit per person. Some of us have 5+ Chase cards. I don’t expect them to give me more than the credits for my CSR.

My bad I meant I have the CSP which gives me $10 monthly grocery discounts on DD. I also have the CFF and CFU, which are also supposed to get the same discounts, but quarterly.

According to door dash csr you need a separate account. This is because the promo is only if you have that card being used to pay for Dashpass, and the CSP is already paying for that account’s Dashpass. I guess chase is slowly watering down these credits. First, with goPuff it was every card monthly, then Instacart stackable but the CFF and CFU quarterly, and now finally Doordash is not stackable.

I think it’s unreasonable to expect Chase to give us monthly DD credits for every single Chase card that we have. Trust me, I have a lot of them so I would be in really good shape if they did that.

I am not saying that is what I expect just that it looks like Chase learned their lesson. The Gopuff credit was monthly on every card that I am aware of. The Doordash credit however is only on the CSR, CSP, and the Freedoms. Additionally, they are not equal (freedom only quarterly), so if they were able to be used on one account that would sound reasonable, but unfortunately for all of us they designed it to be one credit per account.

eric24,

See my comment below so you don’t make the same mistake that the others did.

It’s not about us expecting Chase to give us what we want. It’s about being able to actually use the benefits that they advertise for those specific cards. They took away the Instacart credits for CSP/CFF/CFU, and instead replaced them with this DD benefit. I just want to be able to use the new benefit.

Gd here’s my DP, maybe it will help you:

I have one main DD account, and two dormant ones (that I created years ago for different offers).
When the Chase offer started in Q3, I logged into each of the 3 accounts and set a different Freedom card as my only payment source for each of them.
Then signed up for the free 3 months Dash-Pass offer.
Lastly I placed an order each (free pick up at 7-11) and got the $10 off on all 3 accounts.
Picked up all three orders and enjoyed some free snacks.

Planning to do the same again in October, then cancel my free Dash-Pass before the end of the free months.

I have more eleigible cards with Chase, but felt too much hassle to sign up for even more DD accounts, so only used it for my already existing accounts…

Thank you for the DP. Looks like that works for me! Just signed up for a new account on a seaparate device using my CFF, and straight away got the 3-month Dashpass deal, and the $10 coupon showed up. I think I’ll create one more account with the CFU before end of September to use up the quarterly credits. I just pickup some snacks from my local KwikTrip.

I don’t really mind using my other two DD accounts once a quarter. I can still use my main account with CSP for the monthly credits.

Gd,

What you and Jay - ⒿⒶⓨ 🙈 🙉 🙊 did is against DD’s T&C. See the part that I bolded in the below passage that I pulled from the link below.

“Providing information that is fraudulent or inaccurate – Misrepresenting information during signup, providing false information to Doordash, merchants, or consumers related to the performance of services, creating multiple accounts for the same individual, using the same phone number as an account already in use, or failing to accurately identify the mode of transportation being used to perform services.”

If you did anything ever to get credit card points that would be against the T&C, so in that case everyone on this website has violated them at some point. Additionally, I received a mailer with a promo from DD today, and it stated that if the user receiving the offer has multiple accounts it may not apply to all of them. Sounds like from that, one is allowed to have multiple accounts.

That’s a false analogy. The terms of credit cards show that we don’t earn any points on gc, not that we can’t purchase gc with credit cards. The onus is on the FI not to award points or it’s just a scare tactic by them.

Here people blatantly broke the rules by having multiple accounts and now risk getting all of their accounts closed. I was simply trying to help you and Gd out so you don’t get your DD accounts closed in the future. Since no one appreciates my efforts, I won’t comment any more about it.

That is for Dashers, not customers. I looked a while ago and couldn’t find any terms related to consumers making multiple accounts.

Doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, but I had trouble finding it, largely because so many results were related to Dashers not being allowed multiple accounts.

With that said, I decided not to bother with multiple accounts myself. I have three other Freedom cards, so it would be quarterly credits on each. I don’t use Doordash normally, so each $10 credit I turn into two 19.2 oz beers.

So I am giving up 460.8 oz of beer per year by not making three more accounts.

Some would consider that abhorrent, but to each their own.

You might actually be right as I do see that it talks about employment and Dashers near the top of the page. The funny thing is that I didn’t find this page myself. I searched online if multiple DD accounts are allowed and someone else pointed to this page.

If it was me, I would get it in writing that having multiple accounts are allowed as I wouldn’t want to take the chance of getting my account shutdown.

BTW, I feel that it is abhorrent that you are wasting your credits on beer as I abhor the taste. 😉

BTW, I have 5 Freedoms and 1 CFU so I could possibly get 6 $10 quarterly credits. Even though it’s tempting, I probably won’t do it.

Jay - ⒿⒶⓨ 🙈 🙉 🙊 When you cancel the DashPass on the other ones, after it ends you can add the other eligible cards and it should allow you activate the free DP on those. I had cancelled DP on one and then this new benefit popped up and signed up again with another eligible card.
