No wonder they take weeks to reply and usually with something completely useless
This is how one company self-destroys

Everybody wants to pile on Bonvoy right now and with good reason. But man is Loyalty Lobby pandering to their readers.

According Betteridge’s Law (Adage) of Headlines, “Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no.” And then Loyalty Lobby feels the need to add a disclaimer underneath that they have not verified the statement. Haha.. Clickbait anyone? That headline belongs buried deep on the MSN homepage, next to “Does this document prove the moon landing was a Hoax?” and “Is this photograph evidence that Michael Jackson is still alive?”, brought to you by Cloaker Media Company recommended by Outbrain and Taboola.

DoC did say “according to a different source this is accurate”… though a link to that additional source too would have been more convincing.

There’s no way the 110M number is accurate.

I’ve subscribed, and unsubscribed, from LoyaltyLobby twice.

The content is different from the popular ‘Sign up for CSR’ content. The compensation clinics are great for average (not beginner, not expert) travelers.

But so many articles are negative. I know some audiences want that – Fox news, Pete Wells, etc – but I don’t need anger when I’m trying to plan a vacation.

I am 95% sure someone came up with that number based on some “Ticket #” they saw from logging an issue … and assume that the numbering started at 0 🙂

If everyone who had their data stolen called and spoke with a Marriott rep for 10minutes they would be economically punished for the scandal

Also, please tell me that DEM Flyers is referring the issue to his state DA. That’s clear cut theft and fraud; the company should be shut down

Problem is, the only thing they end up doing is creating a new one with same stuff but less liability (e.g. they could void points if forced into BK)
