REI sells annual national park pass for $80. Good time to scoop up the annual pass with $20 gift card.

Was thinking about doing it after reading your comment, but the terms for the bonus exclude passes. Have you used one of these before for the national park pass?

It worked for me in January with the December promo. I was able to use the $20 gift card, then pay the remainder with the $100 gift card.

Keep in mind the pass arrives pre-punched for the month you purchase it, so it will expire 12 months after purchase.

Hi @William, “REI: Pruchase” is not spelled correctly in the title.

Tempting, but that10 day window to use the bonus gift card kills it for me.

Last time I checked you could buy regular REI gift cards with the bonus gift card during that period. Just set a reminder and combine all your gift cards.

What about now? Anybody tried buying gift card with a regular gift card online or b&m?
(My gift card is in the car parked a mile away (nyc) and I don’t want to scratch the code…)

“Pruchase $100” = Pru-Chase $100?

The price protection offered is 4 times a year, $250 max, and up to 120 days after purchase.
Cell phone coverage – $800/incident, $1k max/year. $50 deductible.
Also comes with an additional 2 year warranty on purchases.

That’s good cell phone coverage for a no annual fee card.

Why not just return the items you bought and purchase them again online? Assuming they are unworn and unused.

Thought about that but it’s more of a pain than it’s worth, especially given the short timeframe for the promo card redemption.
