Yes it works for me, I make sure I click thru using the retailmenot website and not the web extension.
One of my more reliable sites, just a tick over Rakuten because they don’t care if coupons not on their site are used and much less restrictive categories.
This has been my experience as well. Solid portal and cash back.
I only buy electronics from ebay so maybe that is why the cashback doesn’t work for me. Ok I will give it another try then. Thanks!
I’ve rarely had a problem with it. I mostly use it for Amazon devices (better rate than almost anyone else, as high as 30% during sales) and Woot! (flat 5% including on electronics instead of the complicated tiered system most other portals offer). Have also used it for Walmart, Bose, Chewy. Money usually available in 45 days which is quick compared to most.
Cashout is painless to venmo.
One thing I’ve noticed is orders sometimes initially say ineligible when they first track but at some point update to correct amount.
I don’t use it often, but I don’t typically have any tracking issues. I find that RMN even gives you cash back sometimes for buying gift cards, which are typically excluded. I’ve gotten cash back for buying AT&T Prepaid cards from target.com and Amazon gift cards from bestbuy.com.
Actually, I’d rank Retailnenot above average with regards to cashback tracking.
It is by far the best cashback site out there. They even pay on consumables at Sam’s and WalMart IE: groceries.

CS actually followed through and gave me 50 dollar cashback after their Booking offer failed to track
On another occasion, my best buy order tracked with full price pre trade in. It was 8 percent off a large phone purchase I paid basically nothing for out of pocket. Capped at 50 but paid out like clockwork
