Our Verdict

I don’t have any experience with this site, so would love readers to share their experiences. This seems like a great deal, basically 50% back in gift cards if you can spend $100 exactly. If it’s as good as it looks, this won’t last until the 30th. As always make sure you compare to other sites to make sure you’re actually getting a good deal.

I never received my gift card, I booked a room on November 23rd due to this promotion and selected the Southwest Gift Card. I just completed the Stay on Saturday December 16th. No email with the gift card was delivered to me nor is it mentioned on my account.

Patrick – it’s fantastic that you’re on here being so responsive. I just realized that the promo ends in less than 24 hours so I’m scrambling to figure out which hotel to book in Sri Lanka.

Question – do we have our choice of Southwest or Lyft credit, or is it whatever you have left? Southwest credit has near 100% value to me while Lyft credit has near zero.

I would love to say yes, but unfortunately, reservations made with us and other similar companies do not provide Marriott credits or points.

It would be great if we could!

That is one of the reasons we offer such a lucrative cash-back rewards program and these great deals.

Seems a bit sketch as the site was only just created this summer, Creation Date: 2017-07-06T02:51:06Z. When I called their customer service line I got a lady that kept pointing me to the website to answer any questions. Her purpose in life was only to make reservations and take my payment! Reminds me of all those Groupon clones back in the day peddling to good to be true deals. Doesn’t pass the smell test for me.

I’m sorry to hear you did not have a great experience on the phone with our team. We definitely want to be more consultative, rather than strictly sales focused. This is an online only deal, so we took your feedback and added that piece to the top of the page, instead of it just being in the fine print. We’re also adding an FAQ for the next deal, that should also help.

The deal may seem a bit too good to be true, but as you mentioned we just launched in the summer and so we have to be better than the big dogs in the industry. We’re the new kids on the block, trying to get our name out there and develop a core following. So it’s definitely real. 🙂

For one neighborhood in NYC, prices seemed comparable… some were higher, some were lower. They seem to use expedia as their backend, but even so prices don’t match exactly expedia’s listings either.

Hopefully the 6% cash back and $50 eGC post troublefree
