Some have success unloading some of these cards, good way to rack up spend and net a few dollars if you can. There’s also currently $10 off $100 on ordinary Visa gift cards at Publix for those in that area.

Weird, I tried to buy NorCal Dining Everywhere $200 VGC from two different safeway stores using two different accounts, but all failed. Though they managed to deducted $10 for me, but I’m wondering, whether NorCal Dining won’t work? I couldn’t find AMERICA Dining Everywhere as shown in the picture. Also, I guess Style Everywhere won’t work either, right?
Bought a $100 Fuel Everywhere VISA for $93.95, discount applied instantly. Earned 0 fuel points. Data point: as an experiment I attempted and successfully paid for this purchase with a VISA GC (Metabank) bought in the same store during a prior promotion. A nearby Kroger did not allow me to use a gift card as a form of payment when buying another gift card..
Nice. Please share where you can use the Fuel everywhere card other than the gas station? Can you use it at Costco(non-gas) or Safeway/Kroger ? Thanks.

bought a dining card yesterday and it worked at ralphs(kroger store) buying groceries.
Thx for the DP. I hope the categories are just for marketing purposes. I can’t see how they could really limit it to just Dining/Fashion/Fuel/etc. It’s just an acct # like any other prepaid card, right?
Categories are not just for marketing, else why would the fees be lower (3.95 vs. 4.95) than normal everywhere cards. I couldn’t use certain once at certain places (guess my attempts were mostly online).
They can validate based on merchant code (grocery vs. restaurant etc.), and my current assumption is that they do validate and reject. However its possible it might work at certain places due to incorrect merchant code that establishment might have used/using (like sometimes a walmart super center with groceries gets coded as grocery store). Card companies can easily validate merchant codes.
Do any of the gift cards work at Costco for regular purchase inside the warehouse? I couldn’t find much info when i searched other than the Style gift cards worked sometime back in 2016.

These are not being automatically discounted which mean its a pain in the ass to do multiple transaction having them to manual discount each transaction.
I just bought a fuel one at Safeway, using Safeway GC’s, and it went through seamlessly. Fee was $3.95 so basically 6% off.
What do you mean by multiple transactions? This has a limit of 1.

I am not sure if this is determined by ISP address as the 3 Safeway stores are bought by Publix and will changed name by September.
Clear cache/history, try a different browser.
It is not cache/history issue. Our Safeway is no more. The store was attached to my account now became no store. Any zip code in Florida would not find a location.
That is it. the system error is based on ISP address.
