Make sure to save the offer ASAP, as you usually can’t save it up until the deadline (e.g they’ll probably pull it on the 21st or earlier). You won’t earn fuel points on Visa gift card deals. Make sure to use a card that earns at a high rate on grocery store purchases.

Can confirm Safeway can (and will) do split payments. I did a purchase of $155 on the variable-load card. After purchase fee of $5.95 and $10 discount (taken at register after scanning rewards card), I split the $150.95 (didn’t feel like telling the girl to put only $154.05 on the card) over two cash app cards with the 10% boost at grocery stores enabled. That makes the discount a little over 13% if you were to do $154.05 to get exactly $150:

-$7.50 boost 1
-$7.50 boost 2

$135
$135/$154.05 = 87.63%.
Cool. Do you need to be signed in on both cash app account at the time? Or you can sign out, and still the selected boost triggers?
Weird DP: Tried using this offer tonight on a $500 VGC at my local Albertson’s and it didn’t work, the associate and I confirmed it was properly added to my Just4U wallet.
The store manager came by and said it can take up to 24 hours for the coupon to “activate.”
Never had this issue with other Albertson’s Just4U coupons.
Ended up eating the 5.95 activation fee. Will try to use again towards the end of the week.
For me, something similar has happened. And the reason of that was I was not using correct card that is for this offer. I called customer care and they provided me UPCs (which are nothing but the numbers under the barcode) and thats what triggered the offer. Just my 2 cents.
