Have you (or has anyone else) actually used Wm/Sam’s gc’s to buy 3rd party gc’s at Sam’s? (The customer service clerk and her manager at my local Sam’s Club told me that cannot be done; it would be great if they were misinformed.)

Dosh lists gift cards as excluded from 3% in-app cash back. Unless it’s not enforced?
