Unfortunately, you cannot. (at least for Disney GCs on the Sam’s app)
No. You cannot buy gift cards with gift cards at Sam’s.
I had an extra 319.99$ lying in my bank and I couldn’t get rid of it. Now finally the opportunity has come.
