The Offer
Sam’s Club online is offering a few gift card deals (affiliate links below):
- $250 Instacart e-gift card for $199.98. Limit 2.
- $50 Gap e-gift card for $39.98. Limit 2.
- $100 Bass Pro Shops e-gift card for $89.98. Limit 2.
Our Verdict
The Instacart deal is excellent, I’d be in for 2 if I had Sam’s membership. Use Chase Freedom for 5x this quarter, and stack with the 10% discount via Chase Offer at Sam’s Club.
Since this is still active – I stacked with TCB and Chase offers on 2 cards:
Chase card that was for $250 gift card only – $20 credit posted within 6 business days
Chase card that was for both the gift card and SC membership will likely require me to call in. The line on my statement shows “Sam’s Club Renewal” and I haven’t gotten a notification of Chase offer redemption yet, which comes a few days before the credit posts
$110 overall win even with the purchase of the SC membership.
TCB is has a $20 SC membership offer, but that seems to be for first time members only. I couldn’t get the $20 offer to activate as I’ve had a SC membership which expired. I ended up getting 20% off $50 though.

Ibotta app has 6% back on pickup/delivery purchases at samsclub.com, and they have explicitly included gift cards. I just placed an order for two. Not sure if it will work but we will see.
Can you split payment so $15 on Sapphire and the rest on gift card?
I asked IC and they said no, unfortunately. I don’t see an option to split payments anywhere either.

Befrugal has 30% back on new memberships, so $20 – $6 = $14.

Hey folks, be careful, there’s fine print saying, “Emailed within 48 hours”. So don’t panic if you don’t get the gift card emails yet
