looks like it doesn’t apply to all flights even on the same day. But thanks for the offer. Didn’t see much reporting of this.
I’ve been watching several flights of mine for price drops, and it looked to me like they jacked all of the prices roughly 40% the day before they did this “promo”. For some people who haven’t been monitoring their flights and rebooking, there might be some savings.
Same price with or without the code. I booked MSP/DEN earlier today and the score 40 price was reflected, no price change when I went to refare using score40
Looks like united might be matching – I’ve been looking at SAN-DEN and it shows a very simila r discounted basic and regular economy fare than what I seen a couple days ago. Also just checked a fare rule for SAN-DEN and it does have June 7th as the expiration date.

Go in the app or website and just change your flight to the same flight. You will get credited the difference.
I just went through the change flights flow on their website and selected the same flights at the lower price.

Data Point: If you’re trying to get to Colorado Springs through Denver, try splitting up your trip. Promo code did not work for RDU to COS. But it did work on both legs for RDU to DEN, and DEN to COS booked as separate tickets.
