Yes, download and register/signin, signup for easy rewards, click ‘Easy rewards’, ‘Get coupons’ and it should be there

Just got it done. Had to download the app, because that’s where the coupon lives. Other than that, and me wearing a white shirt today, it was easy and fast.

I was able to get the 2 free passport photos in New York as of 10:30am. The staff was nice and rang up the photo order before shooting the photo, just in case the coupon runs out. You will need the phone number (or other info) for them to look up your reward account and the coupon barcode (in the app) to get the offer.
Still absolutely no info about this offer on their website. Is this just show up and cross your fingers?
You have to install the app. And there is a coupon when you use the app. I didn’t see the coupon in my easy rewards account on the web. Have to install the app. Just came back from the store. I don’t think people know about this there was nobody else there. I was going to ask if anyone else showed up but I was in a rush it took a little bit of time. So just go install the app and there is a coupon free passport photo and it was free
The store needs to scan the coupon in your app to have the free passport photos. It takes few minutes to get the photos.
