According to Nerdwallet this is just for those with the Chase Starbucks cc. The headline is a bit misleading and seems to imply all rewards members get the bonus stars.

Yeah, I’ve got the debit card and I didn’t get the email or points.
Is this for all Starbucks reward members or holders of the Chase Starbucks card? I don’t see 150 points added to my account or get any email.

I do not see an offer for 150 starpoints on my app. Did anyone get this just for having a starbucks account as compared to a starbucks credit or debit card? I have neither card, but maybe should consider the debit card just to avoid starpoints expiring. Would that require a hard pull? Certainly don’t want to risk going over 5/24 Chase limit for a starbucks debit card. Thanks.
