- Then, there are two (2) ways to earn a Game play.
- Make a Purchase at Starbucks Using a Starbucks Card or linked payment method, or by scanning your Starbucks app prior to checkout: During the Promotion Period, make a qualifying purchase (excluding alcoholic beverages, Starbucks Card and Starbucks Card reloads) at a participating Starbucks retail location in the United States. Then, visit the Promotion Site and sign into your Account and you will have received one (1) Game play. Every Monday during the Promotion Period, you will receive two (2) Game plays for your qualifying purchase(s). Follow the links and instructions to play the Game and you will receive either an Instant Win Game prize, one (1) Collect and Win Game Piece, one (1) Game play, one (1) Sweepstakes entry, or one (1) Skills Game power up (awarded at random). If you are a potential winner of a prize, you will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. I’ve played two plays every single day, aside from the 3 days I missed, but have made up for those with bonus plays by completing the activities and I’ve won a total of 15 stars! Yes, you heard that right… 15 STARS! The summer game was the best since I started doing them… About 10 years ago. Every year I’ve said we need more small prizes… Especially for those of us who just have no luck at all. I know I’m not going to get any of the big prizes… I’ve won $1000 one time in my life (on a scratch off) but aside from that the most I’ve won on anything is $100. So the summer game was great because they had SOOOO many more small prizes. It was the first and ONLY time I’ve won more than 20 stars (AT THE VERY MOST!)… During that game I won over 100 stars and a $5 gift card. So it REALLYYYY pisses me off to see how many people are winning gift cards that this is their first year playing. I have looked for the past 2 hrs and cannot find the answer. How in the world do you use the power ups on iPhone?
On Android, the power up is a lightning bolt in the missed of the game. When you touch it, it pauses the run and you can select the power up you want to use. I discovered it by accident. Lol
