Swagbucks has two offers for new Axos/UFB bank accounts:
- Open a high-yield Axos/UFB savings account and get 4,293 ($42.93).
- Open an Axos Essential Checking account and get 2,196 ($21.96).
The Fine Print
- Savings account must be funded with $100 to qualify.
- Checking account must be funded with $25 to qualify.
- New Axos customers only.
- You will receive your SB within the next couple of days.
Avoiding Fees
Both of these accounts do not have any monthly fees.
Our Verdict
Doing a site search, it doesn’t appear that this bank typically offers signup bonuses. $43/$22 is not much, but keep in mind that these Swagbucks won’t get a Form 1099 and might not be taxable (please consult your tax advisor on this), in which case it’s value would be higher. Additionally, there are no requirements here and no fees, just open the account with $100/$25 which you can pull out whenever you want.
The savings account can be useful for some people to have anyway as it offers a competitive 1.80% APY rate (requires $10,000+). We’ll add the account to our List of Best Savings Accounts. Note: you need $10,000 minimum balance to get the 1.80% rate.

After 3 tickets and 1 month later i finally received my sb. Good Riddance.
Here is how I finally got my 4,293 points for opening the savings account. I opened the account on 3/7 and $100 funding went through on 3/13. I did not get my points, so I submitted a claim on Revenue Universe’s offer wall with all required documents and my account number redacted. It was pending for a while and then denied with no way to contact them again. I tried to submit a Swagbucks claims, but they would not open a ticket because it was a Revenue Universe offer. I emailed offerwall37[at]revenueuniverse.com as someone else suggested. The email bounced back. I tried again the next day and the email went through. I got an email response within a day saying I had to submit my account opening confirmation and funding confirmation with the last 4 digits of my account number showing on both documents. I emailed that and my points were then approved a few hours later. I was polite and thanked them in every communication.
I’ve emailed that offerwall email twice, no reply. Tried with swagbucks as well.
They denied me for “Reason: Did not complete deposit as required”. But I did deposit the $100 and included that in my request. Grrrr!
Opened and funded by 3/10. Finally got credited today.
Opened a ticket for each account because I did not get any bonus. Approved for the Savings account and the 4293 SB was deposited to my account. Denied for the checking account because “not new customer”.
Obligatory F**k swagbucks.
Both offers said “new customers only”, so I think that it was fair that you had to pick one or the other. I could see being mad if they only gave you the smaller of the two bonuses. And, Revenue Universe was in charge of this offer, not SB. So we are like 3 layers deep into different parties’ responsibilities.
I’m not mad. The “F**k swagbucks” part was just obligatory.
Odd. I submitted proof to Revenue Universe through Swagbucks. Waited 6 days for a response. Just saw that they denied my request for the missing SB. I fulfilled every requirement and submitted all of the proof that they wanted. Even used the same email as my Swagbucks account. I’ve never been with Axos before. Anyone have an idea of what to do next?

Got denied too. The response was: Request Denied
Reason: Did not supply any information to research, all info blocked out.
Yeah, I did block out my account # for security reasons but gave my email. No way of replying back to them.
I sent a ticket to revenue universe 6 days ago since my account funded on the 13th, said may take another week to post my 43$ credit, I will check Thursday, maybe delayed due to covid-19
My e-mail response from Revenue Universe said 5-6 days was the typical response time. That was Monday evening, so today would be the 6th business day. Nothing yet. I will give it some more time before I bug them, but I haven’t forgotten.
Got a response to my ticket:
“We’re very sorry for the delay you have witnessed with this offer. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like they are responding quickly (mainly due to so many people not being able to get to work during the lockdowns). To resolve this for you, we have issued you the SB to your account for this offer so you do not have to continue waiting. These are in the form of a customer service credit instead of through the missing credit system.”
I was also finally awarded my swagbucks, I think this is one where you have to pester them some. Sent another message this morning after Gadget said he got paid out and it seemed to work as I have the SB in my account now.
How did you guys send the second message asking for status of credit? I contacted them 1 week ago but have not received response and when I go to the support icon where the Offer Status is, the link to contact support is gone and only says “Report Received Please be patient, and allow at least a week for the advertiser to process your report.” TIA
my status too, i’m irritated that it’s taking so long, but other comments said that it’s because they are having to manually post them all… who knows why, but because of that, they are also short due to virus/restrictions. i’d like to also know how to contact them again, but i plan to wait and contact them on monday if i still dont see it. but i dont see a contact link either.

got my credit finally
I submitted a support ticket but they don’t seem to be responding? Its been more than a week anybody have any luck?
I did get the $43 but not the $22, figured what the heck, I submitted a form for the checking. Worst case is they deny it.
You might get lucky on that request. They just approved my request for SB on my one savings account because the vendor did not respond in time. I didn’t do the 2nd account, now I wish I did. Oh well, I will take the one win – much better than a goose egg.
3/28, still haven’t heard anything. I guess I’ll give it a few then do what others above did
Has been a week since my $100 funding transaction posted and still no SB. I tried to file a report with SB, but it doesn’t let me submit the form unless I check a checkbox that says “To prevent abuse of this system, please do not check this box.” Doubt I will receive a reply. Pulling my money out of Axos and closing the account. This was a great reminder of why I hate SB.
You have to file with Revenue Universe through their offer wall on Swagbucks, as it’s a Revenue Universe offer.
MS I was able to just open a trouble ticket and get the swagbucks for both offers. Had to provide the “account open successfully” email, the screenshot of both offers, the screenshot of the online banking showing that they were both funded. Total pain but they did pay. How were you able to submit it officially through Swagbucks and not Revenue Universe? The offer isn’t under the “Which Offer Did You Complete?” pull down at your link.
Jonathan I may have just picked anything. I do see this now when I went back in through the steps:
“Required to submit a ticket. If you cannot find the name of the offer, it may have been completed via an “Offerwall’ (ex: AdGem, OfferToro, etc. ) You must follow these instructions, https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035719791-Receiving-Customer-Support-for-Offer-Walls-AdGem-OfferToro-Revenue-Universe-etc-.”

No worries! Appreciate the response. I went directly through the Revenue Universe support link. Sent it yesterday. Haven’t heard anything back yet, so hopefully by the end of the week.
I submitted a ticket a week ago and they still have not posted. They did confirm they received my ticket and updated my request for it to post. I followed up and this is what they stated.
Unfortunately with the COVID-19 crisis, many people are unable to work and it has slowed manual requests for some offers. We will have this resolved for you as soon as possible.
