Our Verdict
Sounds like Walmart is the way to go since you can do all 3 deals there. You can net around $4 on People, $4 on Real Simple, and $4 (?) on In-Style. (The People Magazine deal can be done weekly, and the Real Simple and In-Style can be done monthly.) Deal is obviously much better if you actually value the product.
In the previous deal, readers told us that the terms allow buying multiple items on a single receipt and uploading the receipt for more than one deal. Might be worth getting separate receipts for each offer for avoidance of doubt.
Also note, in the previous deal we’ve seen how offers can change mid-deal; some had success getting the full amount while others did not. Upload quickly.

Tried to do Real Simple offer. finally found it at WM, and the magazine was a special edition, and per the cover, it would have been more than $10, so just be aware. I gently put it back on the shelf…
Good to know, thanks. I did last month and saw the same one yesterday but didn’t buy it thinking I’d buy the next one. Guess not now.
Instantly credited for InStyle, purchased at Supercenter WM.
The magazine was not in the rack, but in the end caps at a register. That’s where I found People at WMNM too. I could not find Real Simple.
I upload my receipts as soon as I get into my vehicle with SB because they have been changing the values.
Not sure if this is a slow phone issue, or slow Sprint data issue, or an app issue, but it’s happened twice to me. I go to upload the receipt, submit it, and I do not get the screen that says they are scanning for deals. I go through the steps again, take the picture, submit, and it works, scans for deals, and I get instant credit.
If I wasn’t used to that anomaly, I would assume everything went to plan and go on with my day. Make sure it says scanning for deals when you upload.
I usually pay gift cards from Walmart Pay. Did anybody tried to upload a picture of a paper copy of a receipt from registry or picture from the screen? Now I pay plain credit card if want to upload at sb because I afraid that sb wants a receipt, not a copy.
As previosly was told paying rewards at Walgreens and sb works good. I did it too.
I have never used WM Pay… but if the receipt is different or virtual… I would just pay for the item separately and get a normal receipt for SB rebate items. It makes uploading easier too.
Or, you try it your normal way and see what happens. They accepted online and e-mail copy receipts for the auto parts stores, but those offers specifically said online orders were ok.
You can put a penny or any other coin for payment first before using Walmart Pay. That will generate a paper receipt.
Instantly credited for In-style and Real Simple magazines bought at Walmart.
I have yet to find a copy of Real Simple at WM. What part of the country are you in?
NJ
Thanks! I found it this time. There were two options…a single copy for 5.99 or a bundle of two different magazines for 9.99. I did the 5.99 deal. P2 will try a different WM.
People mag from WMNM instantly credited after upload. 1000 SB.
For the People Magazine offer, has anyone done a short turnaround and gotten credit. I see terms say Sunday to Saturday. I was wondering if I bought it on Saturday, can buy it again on Monday for a new week? I may have to try it and see!
I usually get instant credit for it. I got credit for it on May 9th and then again on May 10th.
Thanks. after reading your post, I did the deal again and got credit.
I bought People today at Walgreens (May 11th issue). I did not get the 1,000SB only 2SB. Could the issue date make a difference? I’ll be returning it if I don’t get the 1,000SB but what a pain in the ***.
Bill M Are you sure you clicked the right link? There is a “Earn 2 SB – any items, submit any grocery receipt” offer, but you shouldn’t get those 2 SB unless you click on it directly. If you’re using the desktop version, look for a link that says “Upload Receipt” and then requires you to choose a specific store and a specific offer (i.e., People magazine). I redeemed People earlier today from Walmart with no issues.
You are correct, I did it wrong. I did it the correct way and received the 1,000SB instantly. Thanks!
Chuck There is MM deal on Good culture cottage cheese deal . spent 2 x1.169$ and 1 X 3.49$ in kroger to get 1500 SB’s. easy 8.13$ MM.
This can be done every week until 5/31

Combine with ibotta 1$ rebate on any People Magazine.
If you’ve got Walgreens balance rewards (loyalty card points), you can redeem them while doing the People offer. I have done this without issue on a few occasions.
