I went through SB but it didn’t track for me
Did anyone receive a receipt and/or order number confirmation email? Swagbucks is asking for proof but I never received one.
Mine never tracked and i files a case with SB and after a week and maybe 3 emails back and forth, they closed the case and have yet to credit. Was there a longer waiting time then 2 weeks i am suppose to wait?
How do i update my ticket if the – add to conversation- button is not working? I click on it and its not giving option to reply back with swagbucks. You message them in the general section and you get another ticket that you cant reply back to

I never open case before 32 days is over even though it’s obvious they either track soon or never. I open once 32 days have passed and tell them 32 days have passed. Keeps back-and-forth to minimum and shows I follow their rules.
They paid out after a months time. But i have another ticket for a game i played and its not letting me update the ticket.The download was 24 days ago. When you click on the add to conversation, its not letting me update with more pics. I’m fed up with SB and i’m sure they are fed up with me.
Opened a new ticket after 32 days. New ticket has been pending for 4 days, nothing yet. looks like they are not going to offer the SB.
How often does this bill? Same day of month you signed up? When should we cancel? Seems like swagbucks pend for just over a month and I don’t want to have to pay reg price for a month. Website doesn’t provide much info

SB was not tracked. After back and forth for a whole week in a support ticket, customer support closed the ticket with this reply:
“Thank you for reaching out to Swagbucks Customer Care! I understand that you might be eager to see the results of your offer. It seems that based on the completion date mentioned in your ticket, the pending period outlined in the offer terms has not yet elapsed (32 days). While certain offers might not immediately show as pending in your ledger, it’s crucial to remember to wait for the specific time mentioned in the offer terms. Your patience is appreciated as we work through this process together. ”
Still no SB pending. Anyone else has similar experience ?

Just wait until 32 days have passed since signing up for this offer and submit another ticket. Cancel before 30 days are up to not get charged again.

Mine didn’t track, too. Only received one email from Xponential which I saved as a pdf and submitted to support as part of my ticket. Received the credit today after a ~4 day wait.

Wow varying DPs on instant credit vs no credit. Mine was no credit still after 24 hours. I followed Docs link from FF browser if that matters. Guessing I will have to contact CS.
