Here are some popular brands available on Swych: Best Buy, eBay, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Uber, Hotels.com, Nordstrom, Southwest, Delta, American Airlines, Stubhub, Gap, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohl’s, Nike, Gamestop. There are dozens more brands available as well; wish Amazon was still an option on Swych.

Update: A reader notes that you actually can still get Amazon when sending a gift to someone else; the recipient can ‘swych’ (switch) the gift card into any other gift card, including Amazon, at the same value. Update 2: Readers say they can’t find Amazon anymore. Update 3: Swych reached out to inform us that Amazon is still an option (choose ‘Swych’ instead of ‘Claim > select ‘More’ > select ‘Amazon’).

5% is a mediocre discount – a real added plus here is the credit card bonus angle:  the Chase INK card has been earning 5x when paying with Paypal on Swych. Nice to be able to lock in that discount and card bonus on any brand.
