There were a few issues with this promotion when we originally posted it. Those have now all been fixed and the promotion has been reactivated, so we are reposting it.
The Offer
- Swych is offering 5% off an appliance day gift card, up to $200 in value. This can be swyched to any of the following gift cards: JCP, Sears, Bed, Bath and Beyond, and Lowe’s. If you choose Lowes you get a further 10% bonus (e.g $200 becomes $220 total, works out to be 13.6% off total). This means you can get a $220 Lowes giftcard for $190. You must use promo code 18LABORS

Our Verdict
A real added plus here is the credit card bonus angle: the Chase INK card has been earning 5x when paying with Paypal on Swych. The deal is obviously best when purchasing Lowe’s gift cards.

Just had the recipient check again; still no Sears. Would appreciate it though my Swych email isn’t the same as my profile email here. When you send a gc gift to someone, that persons has to have the app? Or they will get it via text or sms? If number you send it to is a google voice your screwed?
Good question, but probably safer to send it to someone who already has the app via a regular mobile number.
Where is appliance day gift card?? I only see name brands. Not seeing in Promotions or by search box.
It’s not under buy, look under gift or send after you select a recipient.

It wasn’t off by much but it is important to give the correct information to readers. It bother’s me when other blogs advertise deals as 20% off on $60 for $50 deals.They don’t always fix it.

Are you looking at the ‘send’ tab? You have to select a recipient, then choose appliance.
