I have T-Mobile home internet, which comes with a “phone number” that is only virtual. I have been trying to create a T-Mobile ID for more than a year now with no avail. Creating an ID requires actual access to the “phone number” provided. I got in touch with their customer service several times, but they haven’t been able to solve the problem. Furthermore, they made promises but they never followed up. I’m SO frustrated with T-Mobile! Unbelievable experience.
It’s crap. Been a customer for awhile, absolutely unreliable service and customer support is nice but doesn’t do anything to help.
You just need to be able to receive text message verification code.
I’m unable. The pseudo phone number T-Mobile provides to internet users don’t work in any way. I reach out to the customer service several times, and they are aware of the problem, but they are unable to circumvent it.
