I was able to redeem my Shake Shack code today, but my whole family’s codes disappeared from their Tmobile Tuesday apps! In fact, all the saved promos from this past Tuesday disappeared for them, including the Auntie Anne’s pretzels. We all verified that the promos were saved in the Tmobile App on Tuesday 1/10/23, and we were getting the ‘technical difficulties’ notice when trying to redeem on prior days. What a jerky move. My family is disappointed, but we know better than to try to call Tmobile or the vendor to ‘fix’ the issue — they can’t or won’t do squat.
