It used to work with Google Voice last year. I think they’re started blocking VOIP end of last year.

I saw the offer on another site and already bought the product. They’re near the other snack/granola bars and are priced at $9.99 but you can add a Target Circle coupon and get $2 off. I received $7.99 in my Venmo account in less than 24 hours.
